We love to create and design! Whether you are a devoted DIY-er or prefer a Chic & Contemporary design we create an extensive custom design concept and then carry it out in every aspect of your wedding, including helping with all the fun little details that make your wedding truly unique and personalized.

 

GUEST & PERSONAL SERVICES

We coordinate hotel blocks and shuttle service  and provide information on local activities and sights to all your guests looking for fun things to do while in town. Shoe break? Forgot hairspray? Missing jewlery? NO PROBLEM. We have you covered.

 

ORGANIZATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Along with the creation of our famous "pocket timeline" for your wedding party and family including details and contact information to everyone and everything they may need on your big day we create event timelines for all your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page 

 

EVENT PRODUCTION

We set up and oversee your entire event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time. We set up any and all decor, centerpieces, escort cards, chair covers, linens, etc AND make sure it all gets to the approperiate place at the end of the evening. We hand out final payments and are the point of contact for all your vendors so you can be a guest at your own wedding. We always have at least two planners at each wedding, and we never limit the number of hours we work on your wedding day.
