ORGANIZATION & EVENT MANAGEMENT

We’ll draft a well-organized event timeline and coach vendors on its contents. We’ll create and circulate directions, parking information, and details specific to the venue to all vendors. We’ll also create a contact list to distribute to vendors and family members so everyone can find each other as well as a staging guide (binder) for planner’s use.

 

CEREMONY & RECEPTION VENUE MANAGEMENT

We will attend an on-site visit and provide recommendations for event set up and logistics. We establish a working relationship with your venues' staff and any onsite coordinators to ensure a stress free day. We act as the "middle man" between you, your venue and other vendors one month before the wedding.

 

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

We provide guidance with last minute issues that arise with family, budget, bridal party or vendors. We also ensure that throughout the wedding our bride and grooms remain stress/worry free, happy, well-fed, and have drinks in their hand!

 

REHEARSAL MANAGEMENT

We organize and lead wedding rehearsal including processional and recessional line up.

 

ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

Along with the creation of our famous "pocket timeline" for your wedding party and family including details and contact information to everyone and everything they may need on your big day we create event timelines for all your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page

 

EVENT PRODUCTION

We set up and oversee your entire event from start to finish, keeping the event running smoothly and on time. We set up any and all decor, centerpieces, escort cards, chair covers, linens, etc AND make sure it all gets to the approperiate place at the end of the evening. We hand out final payments and are the point of contact for all your vendors so you can be a guest at your own wedding. We always have at least two planners at each wedding, and we never limit the number of hours we work on your wedding day.
